| Fitness Coaching |

Fitness coaching gives you the flexibility of training on your own, but still provides the planning and guidance from a certified personal trainer. The process begins with a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, Health History Assessment, and Goal Setting. We follow that up with a fitness assessment using standardized testing protocols, such as body fat analysis, strength and flexibility testing, site circumference measurements, and a postural analysis. We want your coaching sessions to be a learning experience, so that you understand the how’s, when’s, and why’s of your program. You will schedule regular times to meet with your trainer (coach) for a one on one sit down session to assess your progress and make appropriate adjustments. Fitness coaching will be available on-site for your convenience. |

Nutritional Counseling |

Nutritional counseling is available for employees on-site, which includes an assessment of your current dietary intake, goal setting, meal planning, behavior modification, and education. Testing of Resting Metabolic Rate and detailed reports citing deficiencies and other dietary trends is also available. You will meet with your registered dietician regularly to ensure that your plan is working for you. This will assist you in knowing when and how to make adjustments. Understanding how to substitute healthy alternatives is imperative to the overall success of your program. You will be provided with educational materials along the way to help you make better choices in your weight loss journey. |

| Co-ed Fitness Classes |
| |
We offer on-site co-ed fitness classes available to employees for convenient and effective workouts. This would generally take place after the work day is done. We save everyone the hassle of driving to the gym to work out and then having to drive home. This on-site service increases the chances of employee participation by reducing commute time, which often interferes with a tight schedule. On-site co-ed fitness classes can be utilized both indoors and outdoors. All employees participating in on-site co-ed ftiness classes are welcome to join in off-site activities as well. | Brown Bag Lunches |

| Regular onsite seminars, where topics such as Basic Nutrition, Holiday Planning, Creating Interesting Workout Routines, and Metabolism & Weight Loss Plateaus are explored. |
